The NOAA Great Lakes Quarterly Climate Impacts and Outlook is a new publication produced in conjunction with Environment Canada, the Midwestern Regional Climate Center (MRCC), and other keystone partners. Released on a quarterly basis, this report provides an overview of the significant weather and climate trends from the last three months, their related impacts on industry, and a projection as to what can be expected in the next three months.
